

Mary Ann Chance Reuther, age 87, passed away peacefully among family on Tuesday, November 21, 2017. A child of the depression era, she was born on December 26, 1929, in Bristow, Oklahoma. Growing up she developed an aptitude for music and learned to play the piano and violin, which she enjoyed throughout her life.
Mary Ann had many careers, including working for J. C. Penney where she would meet her husband Dutch of 28 years.
She dedicated herself to caring for her family and enjoyed a number of hobbies, which included collecting coins, rock hunting, gardening, as well as enjoying the challenge of a jigsaw puzzle.
Mary Ann was preceded by her husband Donald W. “Dutch” Reuther; her parents Lawrence Sr. and Mary Ann “Mae” Chance; siblings John Edward and wife Helene “Blondie,” Charles and wife Ailine, Lawrence Jr., and son-in-law William “Mac” McKibbin.
She is survived by daughter Marla McKibbin, son Duane Reed Pricer, daughter Sherry Crowl and husband Chris, and her sister-in-law Leska Chance. She also leaves loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
Family, friends, and acquaintances are welcome to remember Mary Ann at her memorial, which will be held Saturday, December 2nd at 10am, at the United Methodist Church in Marysville.
