He was born in Everett, WA on 11/06/1969.
Michael graduated from Marysville-Pilchuck High School in 1991.
Michael loved people and brought joy to his family and friends with his positive outlook on life. He never spent time on regrets in life or disappointing news. “Oh well” was Mike’s mantra as he moved along to the next thing. Michael loved to be with his family and reminded everyone of the next holiday or birthday (most importantly his birthday). He always wanted to plan the next event months in advance, of course creating work for the host while he was the “idea man”.
Michael spent hours watching and rewatching his countless DVD’s. He loved the classics. Michael fervently loved Elvis Presley, the Seahawks (& the Seagals), the Mariners, and most of all the WWE. He was convinced that one day he would play for the Seahawks (or at least coach them).
Michael loved his Story Church family and could not wait for Sunday mornings. So many people befriended him through the years and listened to him recount exactly what he did since he last saw them.
Michael was in a bowling league his with brothers, nieces, and his dad for many years. He made countless friends there and the kindness shown to him was genuine and remarkable. It meant so much to our family that he was just one of the team.
Michael was survived by his mother Margaret Chriscaden, his father Fred Chriscaden and his siblings Matthew & Andrea Chriscaden, Jason Chriscaden, Annie Chriscaden and Jenny & Noel Djimtoloum-Baidoum. His loving nieces and nephews include Zoe Chriscaden, Lexi Chriscaden, Logan Chriscaden, Milton Baidoum & Francis Baidoum. Michael leaves a void in all of our lives and we won’t be the same without him.
Funeral arrangements will be held for the family at Schaefer-Shipman Funeral Home, on Thursday September 24th at 11am and will be live streamed for anyone outside the family who would like to attend.
