Robert served proudly in the Marine Corps for 12 years serving 2 tours in Vietnam and receiving 2 purple hearts and being listed as MIA for 26 days.
Robert leaves behind his wife, Sandy; daughters Esther, Denise, Janette Haase (Dan) of San Diego, son in law, Aaron Gay of Everett; Grandchildren, Bethany Gay, Kayla Gay, Kristina Zumbach, Zephaniah Gay, Rebekah Gay, Madalyn Haase, Zachary Haase.
He was preceded in death by his parents, as well as his first wife, Lynn, and daughter, Tami Gay.
A Memorial Service will be held at 1pm this Saturday, December 17, at the Everett First Church of the Nazarene, 2502 Lombard Avenue in Everett.
