DOMINICK THOMAS GIARRATANO, on May 27, 2014 of Massapequa, New York. Beloved husband of the late Nancy of 32 years of marriage. Loving father of Millie (Scott), Marci, the late Anne Marie, Kathleen (James), Debbie, Eugene, and John. Adored grandfather of Amanda, Garrett, Dominick, James, Cherisse, Joshua, and Kaleb. Dominick served for the United States Army, station in France as a pharmacist in 1958. He owned his own store Dixon Pharmacy located in Lindenhurst and Copiague. Dominick enjoyed the playing blackjack and shooting dice with his Uncle Gasper.

Dominick self proclaimed ~ The Italian Confucius - "You want to dance you have to pay the band".

There will be an accordion player presenting Italian music tonight between 8:00 and 9:00 p.m. in Chapel D.

Visitation will be held on Friday, from 2:00 to 4:30 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:30 p.m. ~ Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday at 9:45 a.m. at Maria Regina RC Church, 3945 Jerusalem Avenue, Seaford, New York 11783 ~ Interment to follow, Graveside to St. Charles Cemetery, Wellwood Avenue, Farmingdale ~

Family and friends are welcome to James Funeral Home on Saturday at 8:45 a.m. before leaving for the funeral mass.
