Ruth D Myers

Ruth Dotson Myers of Maysville passed away Tuesday, February 16, 2016 at the Maysville Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility. The daughter of the late George Thomas Dotson and Lucy Ellen Moran Dotson and the widow of John Ernest Myers. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church.

Mrs. Myers is survived by her sons; John Logan Myers of Lexington, KY and Ronald Dewey Myers of Sanford, NC, her daughter Anne Myers Williams of Aberdeen, OH, 6 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren, a special nurse and care taker Brenda Gilbert and all the nursing staff at Maysville Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by 5 brothers and 4 sisters.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Myers will be Friday, February 19, 2016, 2PM at the Knox and Brothers Funeral Home with Pastor James Rawlings officiating. Burial will follow in the Green Acres Cemetery. Pallbearers will be James Barbee, Shawn Burns, Wes Myers, Chris Myers, Ken Pidkrell and Don Rosser. Visitation will be Friday Noon until the hour of service at the funeral home.
