I am so sorry to hear about your mom’s passing. She was always so sweet and attentive and I cherish all of the memories of spending time with your family growing up. She always made sure we had fun times! You are in my thought and prayers!

Aunt Ruth will definitely be missed by all of us.. I had the pleasure to meet her several times over the years at family reunions. She was always so sweet towards me and welcomed me with loving and open arms into the family. Thank you Aunt Ruth for being so kind and I know God got an Angel back for sure. It was a great honor to get to take care of Annie. I wasn’t with Annie but just a little while. In that short time I fell in love with Annie and her family. She was a great woman  
and a joy to take care of her. I remember the time she ate her popcorn she would empty the bowl and tell me more so I would give her another bowl.  She was the same way with her Tangerines so I would peel her two to begin with as I was feeding her she would say hum, hum it is so good. When she finished the second Tangerine she would say more and of course I would give he another one. Oh how she loved them 
I want to thank her son and daughter for alloy me to be one of her caregivers.  To the hold family I pray to God to give some peace and strength to you all to get through this time of sadness. Love to you all

Dan, Paula so sorry for your loss. Annie Ruth was one of my mom’s best friends, they had a lot of good times, especially at Hair Flair, I can only imagine what those 2 are up to now, there is a lot of laughing going on in heaven. We wish y’all prayers

I worked for Annie Ruth at Hair Flair as the shampoo girl (1991-1994). She was my very first boss.  I have lots of fond memories but the one that stands out the most is when I turned 18. She called me into her office and told me to get ready that she was taking me to register to vote.  I certainly thought I was in trouble,  especially when she told me to shut the door behind me.  My prayers are with the entire family.  

I send my sincere condolences to all of the family of this sweet lady.  .May God be with them during this time of great sadness.   I send my love and prayers to everyone, especially  her  daughter, Kathy. She  is a long-time friend who always spoke highly of her love and admiration for her Mother through the years.

Mrs. Patterson is survived by her children, Dan (Paula) Patterson of McDonough and Kathy (Jim) Flowers of McDonough, grandchildren, David Burch (Jessy) Patterson, Carrie Ann (Andrew) Cooper, Jennifer (Al) Crisco and Cindy Hale. Great grandchildren, Bennett Patterson, Rhett Cooper, Aubrey Cooper, Jackson Crisco, Ashton and David Henry, Branden and Katie Duke, Taylor and Miranda Duke, Drew Duke and Ethan Duke. Five great great grandchildren, brother-in-law Jack Patterson, several special nieces and nephews and angel care-givers.
