Mrs. Annie Ruth Patterson, 91 of McDonough passed away April 25, 2021. She was born in McDonough, Georgia on March 4, 1930 to William and Annie Hammond. Annie Ruth enjoyed reading, being a McDonough 4-H club leader and spending time at her other home in the mountains. She was a secretary for McDonough Power Equipment, Collins Motors and Piedmont Molding in McDonough. Annie Ruth was also a secretary for the Henry County Farm Bureau and owned Hair Flair in McDonough and His and Hers in Griffin. She was a member of Faith Presbyterian Church. Mrs. Patterson is survived by her children, Dan (Paula) Patterson of McDonough and Kathy (Jim) Flowers of McDonough, grandchildren, David Burch (Jessy) Patterson, Carrie Ann (Andrew) Cooper, Jennifer (Al) Crisco and Cindy Hale. Great grandchildren, Bennett Patterson, Rhett Cooper, Aubrey Cooper, Jackson Crisco, Ashton and David Henry, Branden and Katie Duke, Taylor and Miranda Duke, Drew Duke and Ethan Duke. Five great great grandchildren, brother-in-law Jack Patterson, several special nieces and nephews and angel care-givers. Graveside services will be held at 1:30pm on Sunday, May 2, 2021 at Timberridge Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
