Mr. Charles "Chuck" Robert Garbett, Jr., age 69 of Hampton, passed away on Saturday, September 19, 2020, loving husband of 14 years to Cecilia Alba Garbett. He was born in Miami, FL to the late Charles and Blanche Garbett. Chuck was a huge Miami Dolphins and University of Miami fan. He enjoyed good food and talking politics. In addition to his wife he is survived by his children: Chas (Dawn) Garbett and Carla Garbett; step-sons: Alvin Bibera, Mark Bibera, and John Bibera; and three grandchildren. He is reunited with his predeceased beloved brother.
