Lauri was a devoted wife and loving mother whose greatest joy in life was her family. She created a warm and nurturing home, dedicating herself to homeschooling her three daughters from kindergarten through their high school graduations. She guided them with patience, wisdom, and deep love. She did this while also managing her own consulting business from home, 10th Street Consulting.
Lauri was a faithful Christian whose life was marked by quiet strength, determination and gentle grace. Her thoughtful nature and compassionate heart were seen in her everyday life. Her legacy will live on in the many lives she touched, and her daughters and family will carry her love with them always.
She earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology from the Georgia Institute of Technology, a Master of Education in Counseling from the University of West Georgia, and a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Valdosta State University. Her love of learning continued well after her schooling and was seen in her pursuit of truth for the things she cared about.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 25 years, Chad, and their daughters Abbigail, Lorelei, and Marissa, her parents, Dennis and Gail Wilson of Stockbridge, and her brother Brian Wilson of Senoia. She is loved dearly.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at Community Bible Church, 2001 Jodeco Road, Stockbridge, Georgia 30281, on Saturday February 21, 2026 at 2:00pm.
