Leland Lewis, age 60, of Hampton, Georgia passed away on Thursday, April 13, 2023. Mr. Lewis was born in Atlanta to the late Lonnie B. Lewis Sr. and Sara Bob (Green) Lewis. He is preceded in death by his sister, Wanda Cranford.
Leland had a passion for Motorcycles, specifically his Harley. He was a generous, selfless person, who participated in charity rides with the American Legion Post 516. Mr. Lewis was a dedicated heavy haul wrecker driver. Leland’s family would like to thank Emory Saint Joseph Hospital ICU nurses, doctors and staff for the compassionate care.
Leland is survived by his wife, of 20 years Deyna (Roubieu) Lewis; sons, Kristopher, Kelvin, Kyle; daughter, Socha; grandchildren, Jorden and Hayden; siblings, Butch, Bobbie Jo, Sheila, and Tim; several nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held 11:00 am Thursday, April 20, 2023 at Haisten Funerals and Cremation 1745 Zack Hinton Parkway S. McDonough, GA 30253. The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to service.
