my condolences go out to Aunt Peggy of the passing of Uncle Teddy; i didnt learn of this til 4/25/23 from Patti. i am disheartened i was left out of the loop on this. whenever Uncle Teddy and family would visit us in macon he and dad and i would play golf in my preteen yrs. i lived in/around atlanta 92-97 and would visit at times to help them out round the house. when i became a truck driver 2007-2019 i drove the semi over to their house in 2008 to visit. i visited again in  2018 and was planning on visiting again in nov 2022 but my motorcycle was stolen. i dont have much of a family left and valued every moment i had with Uncle Teddy and Aunt Peggy,whether it was in person or on the phone which was frequent.

Sending love to all. Papaw was a wonderful person. So kind and caring. I will always remember his smile and laugh.  May he rest in peace.

Dad, you were always always there for me and Rebecca no matter what. I can’t believe you’re not with us anymore.  I’m sure you’re already in heaven planning a big project with some wood. Your woodworking skills were amazing. I will forever cherish the things that you made for me. I love you and will miss you dearly. Forever in my heart, your youngest daughter, Mary Ann. 

I met Teddy and his wife of almost 70 years, Peggy, in 1946 when we three were in the 7th grade.   We have been close friends ever since. When Patti, Michelle, and Mary Ann were young they drove  from Georgia to Maine to visit us in Caribou and Cross Lake. 
My hearts go out to you all. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. 

We have known the Meisenheimers for Many Years from Church, Community,  & Social Activities, went to Church & School with some of their Grandchildren, & they were Great Friends & Yravel Companions of Our "Adopted Grandpatents" & still are with Friends with Nannie as Pop has Crossed Over Several Years ago. Mr. Ted Loved His Family, Church, & Community. They Loved to Travel & Go Camping when they were able. They have Always been a Staple in the Church & Community, Singing in the Choir, Serving on the Leadership,  & Being Involved at the Church. Mr. Ted is & Will be Missed. Our Hearts, Thoughts & Prayers are with Mrs. Peggy & Family.
