Michael James Thomas Jr.

Michael James Thomas, Jr., “James” 33 of McDonough, GA passed away on February 13, 2025. James is survived by his children Weston, Ava Lynn and Jaxson. His mother Sandra Hite Thomas and his brother Zachary Thomas. He also leaves behind his grandmother Patricia Hite, as well as aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, and lifelong friends. He was preceded in death by his father Michael James Thomas, Sr., grandparents James and Billie Thomas, and Bobby Hite. James was born on February 8, 1992. He was in the 2010 graduating class of Union Grove High School. James was mechanically inclined and had the ability to fix or repair just about anything. His happy place was on his motorcycle or by the Lake. He was kind of a daredevil; as he knew no fear. He was an outdoor person, who enjoyed camping, water skiing, fishing and deer hunting. James always carried with him a sense of humor, just an all-around funny guy. Most of all he loved his family, especially his 3 children. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 15, 2025 at Community Bible Church, 2001 Jodeco Road, Stockbridge, GA 30281. Visitation will be held from 10:00am - 11:00am, in the Chapel, with the Memorial Service, immediately following, at 11:00am.
