Orion Jenkins Holder

Mrs. Orion Jenkins Holder, age 85 of Jonesboro, Georgia passed away March 31, 2021. She was born in Dekalb County, Georgia to the late Ruben Woodrow and Ruth Irene Brown Jenkins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Troy Eugene Holder, grandson, Anthony Rogers, brother, Reuben Walter Jenkins and his wife Emily Jenkins. Orion was a member of Noah's Ark Church and was an accomplished author having written five books and was working on her memoirs at the time of her passing. Survivors include her daughter, Darlene (Wayne Calhoun) Holder; grandsons, Jason (Jennifer) Rogers and Broddie Calhoun; great grandchildren, Lexii Lewis, Joey Stout and Tyler McMichael ; brother, Ronald (Valerie) Jenkins. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Graveside on Saturday, April 3, 2021 - 12:00 PM at Fairview Memorial Gardens.
