I had the pleasure of working with Rick for a short time at INX International, he was very supportive, and provided me with a great deal of guidance during the early part of my career.  Rick was a great leader and an outstanding manager.

From all of Rick's coworkers at Flint Group we offer our sympathy.  His presence in the lab with us will be missed.

Our hearts and prayers go out to the family on losing Rick. I will always fondly remember our lunchtime motorcycle rides, and mourn the loss of a good friend.

Dear Rick,
I'm truly hope you're happy up above with Uncle Wimp (Dad) and Aunt Carol (Mom).  Please say hi to my Mom (Shirl) & Dad (Bud).  With your sad passing brings back great memories of you & me spending time with Grandpa and Grandma at the farm in Ohio.  Remember hauling the old furnace out with the tractor, thank god we weren't crushed!  Thank goodness we had our mini-bikes to spend the time. However, my truly greatest memories were when both of our families went camping together, The Malloy's & the Darr's!
