Terry Lee Harper

Mr. Terry Lee Harper, age 63, of Hampton, GA passed away May 26, 2017. Terry was born in Chatsworth, GA, the son of the late Eula Lee Green Harper and Howard Taft Harper. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Jewell Harper. Terry was a devoted husband, father and grandfather who enjoyed spending time with family and friends, riding his motorcycle, NASCAR, and watching western movies. Terry was known for his talents in being able to fix anything and helping others. He was co-owner and he dedicated himself to Georgia Environmental Specialists, Inc. Survivors are his wife, Lesa Harper of Hampton; children, Trisha Hosemann (David) of Cumming, Harmonie McMahan (David) of Carrollton, Kristin Thomas of Buford, Amanda Stone (Matt) of McDonough and Lauren Howell (Chad) of Jackson; 13 grandchildren; siblings, Bobbie Woody, Faye Ramsey (Bob), Lewis Harper (Janet), Max Harper, Glynnell Hurd (Jim) and James Harper; several nieces and nephews. A memorial service for Terry will be held on Tuesday, May 30, 2017 – 7:00 PM in the chapel of Haisten Funeral Home with Rev. Gene White officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM. Arrangements are being handled under the direction of Haisten Funeral Home in McDonough (770.914.8833).
