Bobbie Sue Lyon, 75, went home to be with her Lord and Savior October 27, 2023, surrounded by family and friends. She was born on May 4, 1948 in Waco, Texas to Floyd DuBose Brown and Frances Imogene Brown. Bobbie Sue was a seller and never met a stranger. Her family said she could sell you on anything. She was very caring, helpful, loving and the “go to” person. She loved good ole classic country music, her well kept yard, sunflowers, magnolia flowers (her favorite) and shopping in Shop LC. She collected elephants, but only had one stipulation, their trunks must be up. She loved to dance with her husband to the tunes floating out from the old record player. She loved her best friend Peggy, and family who was with her until the end. She absolutely adored her fur babies.
Bobbie Sue is survived by her daughters Patricia Lyon, Vicky Bradburry and husband, Darrel and Michelle Lyon and wife, Chassidy. Grandchildren, Ashton and Jamison Carter, Stephen Litzau, Makla Bradburry, Jessica Richardson, Dayla Farquhar, Danica Hall, Tierra Talton and Stormie Telfer, best friend, Peggy Johnson and husband, Bill, multiple great grandkids, nieces, nephews, cousins and adopted family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Floyd and Frances Brown and husband, Michael Lyon.
Graveside services will be Saturday November 4, 2023 at 2:00 in Robinson Cemetery, with the Reverend Mickey Fugitt officiating.
