

Nick Webb of McGregor died Thursday, July 26, 2012, at the age of 28 in Copperas Cove. Funeral services will be 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, August 7, 2012, First United Methodist Church, 500 South Madison St. McGregor, Texas 76657 with Reverend Charlie Brown officiating. Interment, with military honors, will follow in McGregor Cemetery. Visitation will be 6 to 8 P.M. Monday at Cole Funeral Home.
Nick was born August 30, 1983, in Clifton, Texas, the son of John Mongar and Rebecca Lee (Webb) Medrano. He attended McGregor High School where he played football. The lifelong McGregor resident served his country in the United States Army in Iraq for a year where he was a specialist. He enjoyed his children, working with cars and motorcycles, collecting snow globes and pulling pranks.
Preceding him in death was his mother, Rosella (Cowling) Webb; his biological father, John Mongar and a brother, Matthew Scott Adamson.
Survivors include his wife Elizabeth Chaparro (Luvianos) Webb of McGregor; his biological mother, Rebecca Medrano and husband Jay of Moody; his father, Otis C. Webb of McGregor; a son, Christopher Matthew Webb of McGregor; three daughters, Brittany Nicole Luvianos, Aaliyah Michelle Webb, Hailey Marie Webb all of McGregor; five brothers, Bob Webb and wife Ann of McGregor, Ronnie Morrill of Mason City, Iowa, Bobbie Morrill and wife Diane of Des Moines, Iowa, Richard Atkinson and wife Berta of Fall Brook, California, Randy Webb and wife Teresa of McGregor; three sisters, Dee Dee Webb of Corpus Christi, Kimberly Condit of Moody, Crystal Lungsford of San Antonio; Mee Maw and Pee Paw Condit of Memphis, Tennessee and many extended family members.
