

Ben was born on May 2, 1982, in Plattsburgh, New York, to Dale and Nancy Foley. He graduated from Atlee High School in 2000 and from Virginia Wesleyan College in 2004, where he studied business.
Ben was the owner of Foley Motorsports and spent the past 14 years working as a salesman for Foley Material Handling. In his younger years, he had a passion for racing junior dragsters and motocross. He also enjoyed spending time at the river, gardening, beekeeping, and traveling.
Ben loved bringing people together and was known for entertaining family and friends with his incredible cooking. Alongside his best friend, Frank Flippo, he was part of Benjamin Franklin BBQ. Above all else, Ben’s greatest joy was spending time with his family, along with his beloved pets, Riley (dog), and Turbo and Eve (cats).
Ben is survived by his devoted and loving wife of 20 years, Beverly; their three beautiful daughters, Mckenzie (18), Kate (14), and Camryn (10); his parents, Dale (Gwen) and Nancy; his brother, Nick; step-sister, Shanna (Jonathan); step-brother, Matt (April); mother-in-law, Paige Snyder; sister-in-law, Brooke Snyder; nephews, Carson Foley and Kaiden Snyder; nieces, Ellie Snyder, Lily Foley, and Dani Foley; and numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, and dear friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held on May 31, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Hanover Golf Club, 14314 Country Club Drive, Ashland, VA 23005.
