Charles was the service manager of American Door and Glass and a member of the Knights of Columbus and the Church of the Redeemer
He was also preceded in death by his sister Hope Mustian
He is survived by his beloved wife of 28 years Nancy Wills, two children Paul Anthony Wills and Lauren Nicole Wills, his brothers George Wills, James P Wills Jr. and sister Faith Sanderson, a niece Crystal Parsley and husband David, nephew James Mustian, niece Wendy Jenkins and nephew Jason Jenkins.
The family will receive friends on Monday, August 22, 2011 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Atlee Chapel, Woody Funeral Home 9271 Shady Grove Road , Mechanicsville , VA 23116 . and a memorial service will be held on Tuesday, August 23, 2011 at 1pm at the Church of the Redeemer at 8275 Meadowbridge Road , Mechanicsville , VA 23116
