She is survived by her husband William Earl Capps; daughters, Tonya Montanz, and Tamra Gregory; step daughter, Michelle Capps-Francis; seven grandchildren.
Services will be held at 1pm, Saturday, December 28, at the Atlee Chapel of Woody Funeral Home, Route 301 and Shady Grove Rd, with visitation one hour prior to service.
