I had the honor to work with Michelle in the field for training, Michelle is one of the kindest people. Rest well Michelle you will be missed.

I had the absolute pleasure to have worked with Michelle. She was truly exceptional in the way she managed her role at Nufactor with such care, skill, and professionalism. Her ability to navigate challenges thoughtfully, made me respect her work ethic, and I felt privileged to know her. Her presence will be greatly missed.

I loved working with Michelle. She helped us reach and improve the lives of so many. The short time we had together was not nearly long enough. Her dedication, compassion, and positivity will not be forgotten. I will miss her greatly.

In Memory of Michelle Sipula

Michelle Sipula will be remembered as a thoughtful, patient, and deeply professional colleague whose presence made a lasting impact on everyone who had the privilege of working with her.

I had the honor of being Michelle’s original hiring manager at nufactor, and we worked closely together for a year and a half during a formative period in my own leadership journey. At a time when I was new to management, Michelle was a bright light—steady, insightful, and consistently positive. We spoke regularly, often daily, to strategize and discuss the needs of our accounts. Those conversations were always a pleasure, and they revealed the qualities that defined Michelle: professionalism, thoroughness, intelligence, and genuine care for her work and the people around her.

About a year and a half into her tenure, Michelle was promoted to Senior Account Manager and Trainer. She was the first person I ever promoted, and it was a true honor to recognize her growth and contributions. In her new role, she excelled at training team members and leading live video sales calls with confidence and poise. She set a high standard for excellence and served as a role model to her colleagues.

Michelle was not only an exceptional professional, but also a true pleasure to work with. Her dedication, kindness, and steady presence left a lasting impression on our team and on me personally. She will be deeply missed, and I remain grateful for every interaction we shared and for everything she contributed.

Sending my heartfelt condolences and prayers to your precious daughter Kismara and your family and friends. Sending love and strength to you all. Michelle was a wonderful person and it was a privilege to have her on our team. She worked hard to ensure that her accounts and the patients being served had the best possible experience with Nufactor.  You will never be forgotten. May you always rest peacefully with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Michelle and I worked together for almost 10 years at Nufactor. The team and I valued her tremendously. She helped in the training of each team member over the years. She was exemplary in all aspects of the job. And also, I cherished her as a friend. I will miss her so much professionally and personally.  My sincere condolences to Kasmira and her whole family.
