How paths cross. When I was a hostler at Bayshore back in 69, you were just up the street towards the Cow Palace.

It was great talking to you over the years and watching the progress that you made at Railroad Park.  
Hope to see you down pike and wish you a High Green in your trip. There will be a lot of people waiting for you when you get there.

I sincerely hope in his last days Tony rested with the comforting thought of how much joy and happiness his efforts brought to so many people and their families over the years. I know my family has such fond memories of our trip to Medford Railroad Park in 2017. Our son wasn't quite 3 when we went the first time, but we often re-watch videos and look at pictures from that day. We will be returning this fall and both of our children are very excited.  The park is a lasting labor of a legacy of love and it shows. 

I remember first meeting Tony back in 2002 when Stretch introduced us. Since then he had become a friend and someone I enjoyed seeing and talking to. I remember visiting him and Marjorie at their house. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family at this time. I will miss him and so will the entire Railroad Park, and his many, many friends.  Prayers to Marjorie and family. Let me or anyone at the park know if we can be of any assistance at this time. 

I'm very sad over the loss of Tony. What a wonderful, interesting man!  We marveled together over pictures of SP branchline trains and laughed out loud over the antics of the Stooges.  My best wishes to Marjorie, his loving train-chasing wife. 

Our condolences to Marjorie and the rest of the family.  Tony's witty humor and vast historical knowledge was always a treat.
  I remember my dad telling me he had this RR vhs tape from some guy named Tony and in his travels he would call them Tonys tours!
   I was hooked from then on and would watch them over and over until the next one arrived in the mail. Later he and Marjorie made a trip and came through SW Ks and the Oklahoma panhandle and we got to spend a few days together railfanning the area. I remember like it was yesterday. With all of his volunteering at train shows and the rail park and in between he was always busy helping somewhere. Ill miss you my friend! You've got high greens! We'll take it from here
