Edward R. Niquette, 77, of Central Point, Oregon went to be with Jesus Sept. 2, 2021. Edward was born on 4-28-1944 in Oakland, CA to Reamon Niquette and Geneva Johnson Niquette. He went to high school in Salt Lake City, Ut. He married Gloria Thomas in 1963 (divorced) and together they had 2 children. Christine (Terry) and Christopher (Trina). He was married to Lana Curtis in 1987 until her death in 2012. He had 2 stepkids (Wendy and Michael). He has 5 grandkids (Casey, Ken, Erica, Michelle, Topanga and JR) he has 10 great grandchildren. He was a service technician for about 50 years (Sears and Roebuck) He has honorary children: John, Tami and Jessica. He was a Dad figure to so many. He enjoyed the outdoors, RV’ing, hunting and all things cowboys and horses. He also loved wearing Hawaiian shirts. We will always remember him as generous and very courageous. He was an amazing teacher of so many things to so many people.
Celebration of life will be at 10:00 am October 23rd at Path Church in Central Point, Oregon.
