John Richard Burris October 22, 1948 ~ March 15, 2017 John was born in Oakland California to Jack and Dorothy Burris. He proudly dedicated 20 years of his life to the US Army. He was an avid stamp coin and currency collector. He loved the Oakland Raiders, Marvin the Martian, Dr Pepper and Casper's Hot Dog's. John leaves behind five children; John, Sandy, Tammy, Gene and Krista, five grandchildren; Cheyene, Hailey, Trenton, Michelle and Stacey. He was also blessed with two great grandchildren, Rowan and Sophia. He will be forever missed, never forgotten and always loved.
