Muggy Williams, along with the late Patsy Walker is what I most  remembered as representatives for the Douglass ‘Red Devils’ yearbook. I admired him as the radio personality for Douglass High and Patsy for the Pep Squad. 
The last time I saw him speak was at his Stella, his sister’s farewell. 
He was so funny when he shared their memories of them getting a sister that looked like a doll. He still had that gab that made him popular as a radio personality.
To the Williams and Johnson families, you have my deepest condolences.

On behalf of the Shirley Draper-Macon Family, Lakeland, FL and Draper Family of Memphis, TN, , We wish to extend our deepest Heartfelt  Condolence to the Family of our Douglass High School Classmate,  Anthony "Muggy" Williams,  Class of 1969.  We are also sending our Love, , Prayer, and Words of Comfort, asking God to take Very Good care of You and "Muggy" as he enters  his Heavenly Kingdom.  Anthony Williams, always such a nice , kind and wonderful person, God Bless You,   Larry, Faye, and Shirley Draper Macon.

To the family of AW, 

My name is Carolyn , I  offer my deepest sympathy to AW family and friends . AW was a part of my life for many years,  he would always remember my birthday in March, and I knew his. He was a great debater. He knew  history, political science, life, and networking in the community. He always kept in touch. Even to the end.  We will miss him dearly.
Now he is joined with his best friend Lee (Hawkeye) I’m sure that they are enjoying the heavenly people who went on before them. To God be the glory for AW, whose lives he touch, and those whom lives were changed  by the joy he brought to each of us in his journey of this world. God bless you all and he will give you the victory to over come this loss.
