Auddis Winfred Ward, Jr., 69, passed away on January 2, 2021. He enjoyed traveling, skydiving, mission trips, and going to the gym almost every day. Auddis was a Sergeant with the Police Department for 30 years. He served in the 173rd Airborne Division in Vietnam. Auddis also served as a Combat Medic in Rhodesia and also served with the Selous Scouts during that time. He was preceded in death by his parents; Auddis and Pauline Ward. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Ann Ward; daughters, Michelle McCracken (Andrew), and Carolyn Ward; grandchildren, Anna and Andrew McCracken; and sister, Patsy Ward. Family will receive guests at First Assembly of God, 8650 Walnut Grove Rd, Cordova, TN 38018, from 12-1pm with a funeral service following at 1pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to First Assembly of God Missions.
