I am Amber and Courtney is my best friend of 23 years. I am so sorry for the family’s loss.  Grandma “Bobbi” was such an amazing woman in so many ways. She loved her family in such an incredible way.  Courtney, Laura and Betty were her whole world and from the time I stepped into that living room and met her when I was 12 years old, she welcomed me with open arms as a part of that family so much that when I visited or stayed the night (or week) it was my second home. I always got such a warm feeling when I was around grandma. The feeling that only grandmas can give. I feel so special and to have been given the blessing of having her and this family in my life for so many years. My heart breaks for the family as I know there will always be a hole in their hearts but hopefully they will find comfort knowing that even though she will be missed physically she will be there still watching over all of you and she  is happier now than she ever has been or could have ever imagined.

I am Tyler's mother and Courtney 's Mother in law,  I am grateful for her kindness and her gentle smile and all the love and support she gave Tyler and Courtney over the years.  I know she will be deeply missed and I know how much Tyler cared for her and how he respected her and cherished her. God bless her and prayers lifted up for her and her family!❤🙏🙏

I am truly blessed to have known Bobbi (grandma) Sims.  She was the kindest and sweetest person  I could give examples for days but I hold one deep in my heart, I had lost my grandmother 4 yrs ago and was not doing so well with it and I think Mrs. Sims could tell and she looked at me and said u know I am also your grandmother so u can call me or come ever anytime and talk and vent to whenever u need and that meant the world to me, I will truly miss coming over and watching and laughing with u while watching wheel of fortune,  america's got talent, or any of your chicago shows. Love u forever grandma and I will always be there to take care of your youngin. Love Tyler.

Ms Bobbi has been a  “parent” to so many of us that evolved into a beloved grandmother as we’ve had kids! Thank you Bobbi for sharing your wonderful daughters with us all, for sharing your endless love and for making a difference in so many lives.

I am deeply honored and blessed to have known  Bobbi "Momma" Sims. She was a blessing in my life, and  chieftain of our tribe! I will forever carry her in my heart❣

The memories I have of my Aunt Bobbie are so special to me. She was the sweetest, kindest and most loving person I've ever known. I will always treasure our talks and even though distance kept us apart, we could always pick right back up like no time had passed... that was her, that was us.  I will miss her laugh, her sense of humor and her sweet voice. There will never be another like her. Rest in Heaven precious lady. I know you're finally back in the arms of your soulmate, my Uncle Buddy and with the rest of the Sims clan! I know for sure there's a lot of celebrating going on and that we will all be together, one sweet day! ❤️🦋🌸🌈🌹😇😘

What a sweet lady aunt Bobbie was....I’m sure gonna miss our fun  phone calls... she would always answer no matter what time it was, always had such great visits.... love you aunt Bobbie Rest In Peace. 

I did not know your mother personally, but I sure knew 'of her'. she was such a special part of our family, so sorry for your loss and pray sweet Jesus has a special place for her and comfort for your family..love you Betty

She was a very wonderful wife,
Mother and grandma.   She was a
friend and confidant. We will all miss her. I have a wonderful memory of her it was on my 10th birthday, I kept bugging her the week before about my present, she said she was going to give me a stick of gum.  I said that she wouldn’t.  When it came to my party she brought in a big present 
and I began to say see,I told you no stick of gum . So when it came time to open it I opened and opened and opened then I came to a  small thing of 
ribbon and at the end of the ribbon was a you guessed it a stick of gum. Now every time I see gum I smile 😊.
