I will miss Coach Fant so much before he went to Rozelle Elementary he was at Dunbar Elementary when i was in 1st grade this broke my heart when i found this out💔. We will miss you so much.

We knew him as coach Fant at Belle Forest and he was such a kind soul with a great sense of humor. My condolences to his family and friends. Rest well coach Fant.

I am truly sorry to hear of the passing of Calvin.  My heart, thoughts and prayers are with the Fant family during this difficult time.  Calvin will be missed by all that knew and loved him, his friendship and , quiet demeanor.

I remember so vividly how Calvin would quietly work a room. His dry humor and contagious laugh would cause you to be curious as to what the joke was about.  
You could always count on him to show up for all of our family events. Be it birthday, wedding, funeral, or just to hangout, Calvin would be there.  It’s so hard to believe he’s gone. When I got the call from my sister,  I stopped in my tracks with disbelief. Honestly, as crazy as this sounds, I thought he would live forever.
He’ll be greatly missed by all who knew him. My condolences go out to my niece Sonia and the rest of his children. May the family find peace in his passing.

I will never forget my Uncle Calvin. He was an inventor in my eyes  he came up with a way to start a car well before push to start was a thing. He had this truck that he always worked on and one day he installed a Light switch and yes that started the truck. The horn was honked by two wires tapping.  So yes he was an inventor to me. I also remember when I went off to college and I heard over the intercom I had a visitor. I wasn't expecting anyone so when I went to see who it was it was my Uncle Calvin. He was proud of me and wanted to stop by to see my dorm and how I was doing. I could tell so many stories...  he also made me a big cousin to his 4 beautiful children. I am forever grateful and I will continue to be here for them. I love you Uncle Calvin  forever in my heart your niece Traci.
