Cassie Marie Yewell, 30, of Memphis, passed away October 28, 2014. The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 4, and funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 5, at Family Funeral Care on Summer Avenue. Born on September 13, 1984 in Memphis, Cassie graduated from the Shriner’s School. She was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan, loved wrestling, and adored her family. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Wilburn and Clara Hollowell, and Junior and Betty Yewell. Cassie is survived by her parents, Ronnie and Kathy Yewell; her brother, Eric Yewell (Alicia); 2 sisters, Melissa Abbott (Jeremy) and April Yewell; her boyfriend, Nick Carro; her aunts and uncles, Dee Dee, David, Tammy, Tony, Ricky, and Pam; and 10 nieces and nephews, Alyssa, Austin, J.W., Savannah, Eryka, Nathan, Tristyn, Brianna, Abigail, and Christopher.
