He graduated from Bellermine College in Louisville, KY in 1970. Currently, Charles owned Hard Four, Inc., a local landscaping business that just finished building the new Arlington High School Sports fields.
Visitation will be on Thursday, October 26 from 5-7 p.m. at Memphis Funeral Home Poplar Chapel. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, October 27 at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife, Manette Singer; two daughters, Katherine Singer Keenan and Lauren Elizabeth Singer; son, Frederick Edward Singer; sister and brother-in-law, Pamela and Jim Franz; mother, Zelma Rozetta Singer; and mother-in-law, Linda Villafranca.
