
Michael Farah was born in Akron, OH on August 20, 1953 to George and Delores Farah who survive him. He passed away on April 5, 2015 at the age of 61. Michael was a classically trained baritone who performed numerous plays on Broadway for a decade and was a singer for the Promise Keepers. He was an ordained Evangelical Christian minister, after having Graduating from Cincinnati Bible College, and the author of Christianomics. He was a founding member of Southeastern Christian Church. Michael Graduated from Xavier University with a masters in finance, and was a financial analyst for Fidelity Investments. He was also drafted by the Philadelphia Phillies as a catcher. Along with his fiancé, Michael also co-owned a private training studio; the Trainers' Studio in Germantown, TN. Michael was preceded in death by his sister, Sherry Ann Farah. He is survived by his parents; fiancé; Susan Ritter; daughter, Jennifer Farah; and brother, Ken Farah (Billie). There will be a celebration of Michael's life at a private ceremony Thursday evening. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in his name to the American Lung Association.
