David C. Henry, age 52, was a graduate of the University of Mississippi both undergraduate and Law School. He was a Beta at Ole Miss. David served as an attorney and prosecutor for the last 25 years. He is survived by his parents, Charles L. Henry, Jr. and Laura Henry; sister, Teri (Walt) Patterson; niece and nephew, Carrie Dawkins and Daniel Champion; and by his fur-baby, Rosie who asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Collierville Animal Shelter by contacting them at mailto:[email protected] or donating to SPCAofMemphis.org A celebration of David’s life will be held at Memphis Funeral Home on Thursday, January 29 from 4-7pm.
