Debra Tate Hatcher, age 65, passed away peacefully on July 23, 2017, after a long illness. Debra was said to be the life of every family gathering, and she loved to laugh. Her kind heart and contagious laughter will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Debra was preceded in death by her mother, Margie Wilkinson, and her father, Haskell Tate. She leaves her son, Cody Hatcher, her dear grandson, Cody Michael Stumbo, her stepmother, Winnie Tate Abbott, and her siblings, Terry Wilkinson Adams, Daphine Tate, Cheryl Crank, and Gene Tate. She also leaves her nieces, Nikki Gee and Amanda Tate, and her nephews, Matthew Gee and Steven Crank. Services will be held on Wednesday, July 26, with visitation beginning at 12:00 p.m., and funeral service at 2:00 p.m., all held at Family Funeral Care, 4925 Summer Avenue.
