Elsie Greganti Aquadro

Elsie Greganti Aquadro, 87, passed away on March 1st, 2016. She was born on September 24, 1928 in Marzocca, Italy to Teresa Carloni Greganti and Mario Greganti. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Robert Greganti. She was married for 35 years to her husband, Ralph Aquadro who passed away in 1986. She attended St. Mary’s Elementary School, graduated from Sacred Heart High School and worked at Sears Crosstown. Elsie was a parishioner of Holy Rosary Catholic Church and served as a Eucharistic Minister. She was an active member and officer of the St. Joseph Circle of the Ave Maria Guild and was a devoted wife and mother. She is survived by her sons: Dr. Ralph Aquadro, Jr. (Lynn) of Florence, AL, Dr. Michael Aquadro (Nancy) of Albany, GA, John Aquadro (Pamela) of Memphis, TN. and Mark Aquadro of Olive Branch, MS, five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends and relatives on Friday, March 4th from 5-8pm with a Rosary at 7pm at Memphis Funeral Home, 5599 Poplar Ave. Memphis, TN 38119. The funeral mass will be held on Saturday at 11am at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 4851 Park Ave. Memphis, TN 38117. The burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
