I first met Eugenia in 1991 when I was working at Lutheran Village. She was one of the residents that was always involved in the community and making everyone feel welcome. I'm sure she will be missed by everyone there. I had the opportunity to see her from time to time, over the years, even after I left Lutheran Village. I regret I did not find out about her death until yesterday. Just this passed Saturday, my sister and I were  talking about what a great example she was.

Eugenia was an inspiration to me with her wonderful spirit.  She never wanted to be a bother and was always so appreciative.  She was a role model and we will miss her.

Eugenia was the best Aunt a girl could ask for!  We shared a love for painting and crafts.  I will miss her. I will continue with my painting in your honor Aunt Eugenia!

Eugenia was a devoted member of our UMW at Bartlett United Methodist Church. She gave inspirational devotionals and after recovering from a serious illness she was back doing all she could.  She will be greatly missed, and we will keep the special memories of her as we continue our journey.
