Frances Cornelia Overby

Frances Cornelia Overby, 94, passed away October 25, 2018, in Saint Louis, MO. She was born in Bolivar County Mississippi on November 1, 1923. Frances was the fifth of six children born to William and Mattie Coalter. Frances was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, William E. Overby, Jr. (2005). She was also preceded in death by her siblings; Grace, Mabel, William, Alan, and John. She leaves behind her daughter Carolyn Overby, step-daughter, Nancy Johnson, stepson, William E. Overby III, niece, Roberta Kleinhans and nephew, Romulus Borden. She was aunt, great-aunt, great-great aunt and grandmother to many.

Visitation will be held from 9-10 a.m. Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at Grimes United Methodist Church in Memphis, TN with services to follow at 10 a.m. Burial will follow services at Forest Hill Midtown.
