George Sanford Talley, 56, of Memphis, passed away August 17, 2014. He is survived by his daughters, Ashley Talley and Lindsey Talley Johnson; his mother, Rachel Talley Lindsey; sister, Cheryl Gibson; brothers, Paul Talley, Walter Lindsey, Jeff Lindsey, Phillip Talley and Jason Lindsey; grandchildren, Lucy Talley, Kruz Johnson and Kaleb Johnson and many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Dr. Joseph Sanford Talley and his brother, Neal Lindsey. A visitation with a reception will be Wednesday, August 20, from 12 noon until the service at 2 p.m. at Memphis Funeral Home, Poplar Chapel, with burial to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
