Glenn Louis “Curly” Reeve, Jr., 75, loving father and grandfather of Oakland, Tennessee, died Tuesday, February 22, 2011 at Gallaway Nursing Home. The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 24 from 6:30 p.m. - 8 p.m. and funeral services will be on Friday, February 25 beginning at 10 a.m. all at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens on Poplar Avenue. Burial will follow at Carmack Cemetery in Halls, Tennessee beginning at 1 p.m. Mr. Reeve was a member of First Cumberland Presbyterian Church and a veteran of the Reserve of the United States Marine Corps. He was preceded in death by his wife of 42 years, Barbara Carmack Reeve. Mr. Reeve is survived by his daughters Cindy Beale (Brad) of Lakeland, TN, and Kim Reeve of Cordova, TN; son Michael Reeve of Memphis, TN; and grandchildren Joshua and Mallory Beale.
