Hello my family, I have been looking when all  I had to do was Google you. I am the child that lost you and now, I know you  are at rest just like my dad .I feel all the hurt  and my condolences to  my family love Patty Cobb Johnson love you coach .

Lord have mercy we did not know that Gloria passed away. She was the only one we called step mom. She took care of us like we were her own children. We thank God for allowing Gloria to be a part of our lives. With sincere hearts we give our condolence. Love the children of the late Mr. Uzziah Williams Jr aka Jr. Peggy, Tracy, Mary and Neice.

Happy Birthday Glo. FINALLY Finch Family has PEACE. Your BABY Stephen & Me will continue our MIDNIGHT Birthday Wishes until I see you again. Love You Glo

I remember the first time I met her. Me and Ron were best friends. I was welcome in with open arms. They all treated me as though I was family. There’s nothing better than being treated as family from day one Larry was a big brother Gloria was a big sister gay gay was also a big brother I could go on and on, but I remember being treated like family with open arms and Law rest in pieces life has no sorrow that prayer and times can’t conquer

Glo..I remember when I first met you. You were nice, sweet and passionate about your beliefs. A person could tell you loved them without you saying one word.  It was just felt.  But you also didn't play either.  People knew what to expect from you.  Good or bad it was all good.  Because we knew it came from a good place. 

Your favorite greeting was was heyyyy Monica...where's Jay or heyyy Baby Jay? You loved you some Jeremy.  

Thanks for being you!! In loving memory of a wonderful person. You will be missed. I will keep your family in my prayers.

Sometimes, if you sit back with some people, they will tell you some really good stories. Glo you  had some of the best and I’m glad I was blessed to hear them. My favorite story was about a fight and a white jacket. It taught me a lot about you and gave some good life lessons:  Even if you’re scared you fight so hard no one else will be willing to go against you, protect what’s precious to you, and take care of  family.  
I love that being with Tock brought you into my life.  I promise to pass on the knowledge and love you shared.  Whether I have that story right I don’t know, but I guess that’s how it is with legends.  And Glo you are legendary!

Sergeant Gloria Finch is what I met you as and as the years went by of working together you became Finchy to me. Soooo Stern and buisness like in nature but an absolute sweetheart. I will forever remember and cherish our talks and lots of laughter and the great awesome person you were and oh not to mention the countless gifts you gifted me over the years from 1 of your favorite places (hint hint IFYKYK ;-) ) Until we meet again. Wow… That’s what I said when Tock gave me the news. Immediately it took me back to when I was a kid. Even before my aunt Vickie and Larry got married you treated me like family. Even if it meant getting on my butt if I was out of line you never hesitated. One time was enough for me and I got the message because like everyone else said you were tuff. I remember riding in the back of that purple Barracuda going to catch ALL of the latest Bruce Lee movies or wherever you’d take us. One thing that stood out while riding in the car was when the song Gloria by the Enchantments came on the radio you’d make us be quiet and the volume would be turned up and you’d sing loudly word for word. Funny how now that song has a deeper meaning now. Love you Glo. You’ll truly be missed…

My Aunt Glo loved Family, Sports and Piccadilly. She would call my Dad and me every Saturday and Sunday after getting her Piccadilly Plate to tell us she loved us and talk about her Favorite WNBA & NFL Players. We Love You Aunt Glo

To  my big sister Glo, you will be greatly missed. I will miss your laugh and words of wisdom you would give me. You were the true example of toughness. You said what you meant, and meant what said. You're gone but fond memories of you will last a lifetime.

Aunt Glo I always saw you as my Dads Twin but you were a lot more tough. I watched you teach, parent, and coach my brother, cousins, and I to become better men. Always sacrificing your time and energy to show us that life offers more. I never understood how you could be the fun Aunt and the most feared family member all at the same time. No need to fact check, Glo only speak hard Truths. I Love you and because of you I understand that Love is not always soft and easy. When it comes down to it you are a true definition of an Angel. This picture is was from  my mother’s graveside! Even though Gloria was my Aunt she has always been my guardian. She has raised me along with countless others in and outside the family. She has been my motivation and inspiration. I dare say O get my strength and arrogance from her. You couldn’t tell her nothing and I’m the same way. My heart is so heavy since you left. You prepared me for when the time came. I’m strong but sad at the same time cause I feel alone. I rejoice in knowing that you are reunited with your mother, father, sister and brothers. I will see all of you later when it’s my time. It’s never goodbye! Love you Aunt Glow!

Gloria, was a blessing and a light to all of us. Although she will be missed I’m grateful that God allowed her to cross my path. My deepest condolences to the Finch family as I consider you all like my own Family.

Glo had a SPECIAL GIFT as a Caretaker. She loved her Grands AKA Rugrats. When we use to make our Tiger's, 🏀  Trips Glo would drive the 9 passenger Van. There would be a MEETING POT of People in Van & Glo TREATED them not as Tiger's Family but as Family. Glo had a WONDERFUL LIFE

She took me under her wing and taught me a lot of life's lessons and always ensured my safety. She entrusted me with responsibilities and treated me with respect.
