James Troy Howell Jr., age 92, of Memphis, Tennessee passed away on Saturday, December 10, 2022. He was born June 24, 1930 to James Troy Howell, Sr. and Madie Vera Francis Howell.
Mr. Howell served in the United States Air Force and retired from the National Cotton Council.
His remains will be laid to rest at Memorial Park Cemetery next to his late wife, Virginia.
