James Phillip Webb, age 93, of Lakeland, Tennessee passed away on Sunday February 9, 2020. James was born January 18, 1927 in El Paso, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents, Fairy Enid Remmetter and Vernon Felix Webb and his brother, Jerry Webb.
James foundation was that of the Catholic faith. He attended Catholic High School and worshiped at St. Ann's Church. He was the president of St. Vincent de Paul (St. Ann's Chapter) and International Harvester Managerial Club.
He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife, Gerry Webb; his daughters, Phyllis Webb and Teresa (Joe) Ladd; one son, Gary (Diane) Webb; one brother, George (Janice) Remmetter; seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 13, 2020 from 10:00AM until 11:00AM with mass immediately following at Saint Ann Catholic Church, 6529 Stage Rd, Bartlett, TN 38134. The interment will be after the service at Memorial Gardens, 3700 Germantown Rd. Bartlett, TN.
