Jaxx had a laugh you couldn’t forget, a smile that could break through the darkest day, and a way of showing up for people that made them feel less alone. He wasn’t perfect—none of us are—but he was loyal, and that’s what made him so loved.
To his family, he was everything. To his friends, he provided loyalty, strength and a keeper of all things. He carried a spirit that couldn’t be contained, and left an impression on everyone he met.
One of the greatest comforts in this loss is knowing Jaxx had given his life to Christ. He was baptized, saved, and carried that faith with him. Because of that, we hold onto the promise that this is not the end—we will see him again.
It’s hard to say goodbye when it feels like he should still be here. But Jaxx’s story doesn’t end with his passing. It lives on in every memory, every laugh he gave us, every moment he changed someone’s life just by being himself.
We’ll carry him with us forever. Rest easy, Jaxx—you’ll never be forgotten.
A visitation for Jaxx will be held Tuesday, October 7, 2025 at 6:00 PM at Sycamore View Church of Christ, 1910 Sycamore View Rd, Memphis, Tennessee.
