Gilda “Jill” Federico Talley, 89, passed away June 16, 2014 at Ave Maria Home in Bartlett, TN. She was a first generation American born on October 30, 1924 and was one of 10 children born to the late Agostino and Maria Federico.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Talley who was retired from the US Navy. Jill leaves behind two daughters, Maria Talley of Cordova and Gina Talley of Fayette County; two grandchildren, four great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at Family Funeral Care Thursday from 5 to 7pm followed by a rosary at 7pm. Funeral Mass will be Friday at Resurrection Catholic Church at 10am followed by interment at Calvary Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.familyfuneralmemphis.com
