I love you and will always miss you being there for me and how you took care of me, even when mom was busy. I’ll always miss you and love you.

Daddy when you left my world was torn apart.  The pain of losing you is unreal.  I still cannot fathom that I will never be able to call you and you answer.  I thought we had more time.  Funny how one little word can have such a powerful meaning.  We had so many more memories to make, now all I have are the memories we made.  I will forever be grateful that we were able to take a trip and I was able to experience all the first with you; Florida, the Bahamas,  a cruise even your first oyster.   Jager will always refer to you as his "roomie" and Shadi will always treasure being bungee strapped to the back of your motorcycle and the 18 hr bus trip to NY.  You were the greatest father and the bestest ever grandfather.      I love you dearly and miss you terribly.

I cant think of words to describe what John meant to me. He is a man that I hold a great respect for. Any time we would come home to visit I looked forward to drinking coffee in the mornings as we smoked the days first cigarette and BSing about bikes or what I was doing in the Army.  I will always remember the day he jumped Kristin's butt for being mad at me for smoking.  I had just gotten back from Iraq at the time and he walked in the house and said somethings I couldn't hear but what I did hear was him telling Kristin "that boy just came back from a war zone if he wants to smoke a damn cigarette he can ".  You were one of only two men in my life that stuck up for me and besides showing me that it was possible for Kristin to not have the last word he also had my respect.  I'm truly going to miss  you. The girls were very lucky to have you as a dad and I was lucky to have you as a father-inlaw.    Love you oldman.

Paw Paw, you were a man of few words but you had the biggest heart. I don't know anyone who was more deserving of the love you were surrounded with. I will forever cherish the moments i spent with you and will do my best to continue to be someone that you are proud of and I promise to do my best to keep your girls in line.May you rest easy knowing that we got things down here. Give memaw a kiss for me and I'll see you on the other side of the stars. 
P.S Garrett and Bryce miss you and want you to know you were the best grandpa they could have asked for.  We love you old man. 
 



John Rodger's, had been my dear, true life long friend for over half my life. He was always real and honest with me, as I always was with him. He had a fire and a passion in him that most people never got to see, because he was private in a lot of way's and there were side's to him that he just didn't let every get to know.
He was authentic and real. And he was earthy and kind. And family was and meant everything to him. He was a hard worker, a loyal friend, and a loving, doting father. For he adored all his children. They were for the most part what kept him going. What his heart truly beat for. When he'd be out and about he was always surrounded by people who enjoyed him and his company. Some, were his true friend's. Some were people who sat there knowing he was going to by them a drink. Being that was the kind and generous person he was. But he knew what they were up to and doing. For he was nobody's fool.
I loved John, and he loved me. He once said we were family. And whether we saw eachother or not or a year or more went by without us getting to, that never changed us, the bond between us, or our closeness. He was and he is and always will be family to me. 
Thank you John, for all the love and friendship and all the wonderful memories. Go now, my friend, and ride hard, wild and free on that highway in the sky. Smooches and hug's. I love you. Rest In Peace.

Johnnie you are truly missed.  Fly like an eagle. Until we meet again. 

Daddy,  After almost a month, I am still at a loss for words- shocker right?  So many emotions and thoughts going round and round in my head, then you add the the memories and dreams and everything is just so mixed up.  I just feel robbed, like so many possible memories and moments taken from me. What I wouldn't give for one more conversation, one more hug, one more sarcastic look,  one more road trip, just one more I Love You. I know you are in a better place, and I know that you are always with me, but that doesn't make goodbyes any easier. I do know that I am the best version of me because I had you as a dad, and as a friend.  I have made a lot of mistakes in my life but you always stood by my side, picked me up when I needed and told me I was wrong even if I didn't want to hear it. I hope I made you just as proud to be my dad, as I was proud to call you dad.  I will do my best to continue to make you proud of me and  your grand-kids. I love you so much daddy, but this is truly not goodbye, its just until next time.

You were my first love, my soulmate, my husband, my friend and the father of our three beautiful daughters.  . We were so young when we met, but if I had known then what I know now, maybe things would have been different. I wish I could turn back time, but I can't. I will always cherish the years we had together. We loved, fought, cried, laughed, and forgave each other no matter what and I will never stop loving you. I will make sure our grandchildren and great grandchildren know who you are and how much you loved them, even if you hadn't met yet. I will always be here for our daughters. When I look at them, I see you and the love that you  shared. Until we meet again my love, may you rest in peace.

I remember when I came down and spent the summer with the family and watch the girls at there younger ages and in my last day down I got to go out with my aunt and got drunk and my uncle john had to carry me in that was the best time of my life I will always remember uncle john in my thoughts RIP until we meet again 

Daddy you are my real life super hero! You’ve always had my back and always loved me no matter what I did or said! You’re my biggest fan/cheerleader! I love you with all my heart and soul! I lost a part me when I lost you!  I love you Daddy for always!!! I know you will always cheer me on from up above! Thank you for being you and I thank God everyday for making you my dad!!! These next few days are going to be the hardest days of my life! You are missed so so much but never ever forgotten! You are etched in my soul for life!!! I love love love you Pops!!! 

My most favorite memory with my pawpaw was always being on the back of the Harley with him. I remember we were going to Arkansas with uncle David and anyone who knows me knows I fall asleep anywhere; well needless to say I fell asleep on the back of the motorcycle and people were honking telling pawpaw to pull over cause I was leaving off the side sound asleep. Sure enough pawpaw pulled over and strapped me down the back with bungee cords so I wouldn’t fall off.  Always going to CK Coffee Shop for pancakes and pawpaw could have his coffee before the ride.  You’ll forever hold a special place in my heart, I miss you so much already and save me a seat next to you in the golden gates. 

While engaged to the baby caboose (Willie), I met Sandy whom said I would never marry again, so I go sit at the table with my brother-in-law( John Ivan) and his ex-wife (Brenda), whom made googly eyes at each other and wonder why they ever divorced and told them they should remarry because you could see the love between the two.   That is one of the first memories of John, and I have so many fond memories. I truly love and miss him so much. 

My biggest memory of John Ivan was when we got into a fight and fell into the ditch and he cut his ear on ice and then we went home and  Daddy whipped his ass for fighting with me, because I was the baby.  I have so many memories with John Ivan. I love my brother and will miss him dearly.
