Joseph P. Mascari, Jr.

Joseph P. "Joe" Mascari, Jr., 66, of Memphis, Tennessee passed away on February 16, 2012 in Memphis. He was a communicant at St. Anne Catholic Church and Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Mr. Mascari is survived by his brother, Thomas Mascari (Kathleen) of Old Hickory, Tennessee; uncles, Mitch Cavallo, Sam Cavallo, Frank Cavallo and Buddy Cavallo, all of Memphis; nephews, Thomas Mascari, Jr. (Susan) of Collierville, Tennessee; Michael Mascari (Ellen) of Nashville, Tennessee; niece, Kimberly Mascari, of Nashville, Tennessee; great nephews, Tate, Drew and Michael Mascari; great nieces, Lily and Kate Mascari. He was also survived by a very close friend, Clarice Cox, of Memphis, Tennessee. Mr. Mascari was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph P. Mascari, Sr. and Agnes Marie Cavallo Mascari. Joe loved his arts and crafts, music and friends at Franklin Park.Funeral services will be held at the St. Anne Catholic Church, Highland, on Monday, February 20, 2012 at 10 a.m. with interment to follow in the Calvary Cemetery in Memphis. The visitation will be Sunday, February 19, 2012 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 5599 Poplar Avenue, Memphis, Tennessee 38119.
