Katherine Patterson Snider, 90, of Blue Springs, MS, passed away April 4, 2014, at Sanctuary Hospice in Tupelo, MS. Born on October 16, 1923 in Cincinnati, OH, to the late Nickolas and Anna Plavosin, Katherine was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Lawrence Patterson and Marlin Snider; and by 2 children, Robert Patterson and Stella Hitchcock. She is survived by her daughter, Patricia Patterson; 6 grandchildren, Jim Patterson, Gene Patterson, Andrea Patterson, Linda P. Hall, Kimberly Vos, and Michael Tatum; 10 great grandchildren; and 6 great-great grandchildren. Visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, April 7, and funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m., at Family Funeral Care on Summer Avenue. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery.
