Kathy R. Herrmann Hudnall, passed away at the age of 64, on April 15, 2019 after a courageous battle with leukemia. Kathy was born in Memphis, Tennessee on December 9, 1954. Her parents were Minnie Lucille Sutton and Paul Edwin Herrmann. Kathy was a simple being. She loved life and was young at heart. Music was a huge part of her and who she was. She was always singing, dancing, or whistling her favorite tunes. Lyrics were the connection to her feelings and spirit. She loved being outdoors with nature… Loved her birds, her fur babies, and coffee which was a cup of comfort for her as well as soaking in the peace and quiet. Family meant everything to her. Her children and grandchildren were her world. Spending time with them gave her pure joy. Her siblings were extremely precious to her and she loved them all beyond words. Family gatherings were the best and full of memories to last a lifetime. Kathy was a spiritual person who held a close relationship with God. We know she is in his presence and at home. Kathy was a special gift. Her silliness, her laugh, and her heart are with us forever. Ms. Kathy Hudnall is preceded in death by her parents Minnie and Paul Herrmann; an infant brother, Charles Keith Herrmann; and a nephew, Phil Rodney Latimore. She is survived by her three children, a son Donald Tatum; and two daughters, Lori McAlpin (Jeremy), and Alicia White (Jared); nine siblings, five grandchildren; and a great grandchild on the way.
