Walton, Louise Werder was born on June 26, 1926 and passed on March 20, 2015 at the age of 87. Mrs. Walton was preceded in death by her husband, Hollis “Buddy” Walton; and parents, Adolph Werder and Louise Schellenburg Werder. She is survived by her children, Chris Reynolds, Tom Walton, Kathy Avirett (Vince) and Basya Goldstein; sister, Paula Niggli of Switzerland; and by eleven grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 26 at 1:00pm at Memphis Funeral Home, 5599 Poplar Ave. Interment will be held at a later date in the West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Susan G. Komen Foundation.
