Margaret Lee Richardson

Margaret Lee Richardson, 104 years old, died on Wednesday, October 24, 2018. Margaret was born in Memphis, Tennessee on September 10, 1914, daughter of the late Allen & Alieen Lee. She was a graduate of Central High School and was a member of Southaven First United Methodist Church. Along with her parents Margaret was also preceded in death by her husband James S. Richardson; son Jimmy Lee Richardson; and all her sisters Dorothy Wilson, Ruby Owings, Rose Lee; and brother A.C. Lee. She is survived by her daughters Joan Lane, Jeri Keenan, and Janet O'Daniel; son Fred Richardson; eleven grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren. The family invites all who wish to attend for a catered gathering on Friday evening from five o'clock until eight o'clock in the evening and funeral services will be on Saturday morning beginning at ten o'clock all at Memphis Funeral Home, 5599 Poplar Avenue, Memphis, Tennessee. A private burial service will follow in Calvary Cemetery. Any memorials in Mrs. Richardson's name may be sent to the Al Chymia Shrine Transportation Fund, 5770 Shelby Oaks Drive, Memphis, TN 38134.
