Norma Conley Phillips, 78 passed away Thursday September 25, 2014 in Memphis, TN. She was a member of First Baptist Church Millington; a devoted Wife and Mother and a Beloved member of her church and community.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Dale Phillips. She is survived by two sons, David (Lynnetta) Phillips and Steve (Tammie) Phillips; three grandchildren Daniel, Hannah, and Jack Phillips and by two brothers, Ronnie Conley and Jackie Stafford.
The family will receive friends Monday September 29, 2014 from 12 p.m. until service time, funeral services will be held at 2 p.m.; all at First Baptist Church, 5010 W Union Road, Millington with burial to follow at Memphis Memory Garden on Raleigh LaGrange.
