

Paula Aymett, 67, of Memphis, TN passed away on July 6, 2025 after a courageous battle with cancer. She leaves her devoted husband Robert Aymett of Memphis,TN, her two loving children: Skip Aymett of Maryland, and Courtney Baker of Louisiana and caring sister Nell Harris (Glenn) of Bolivar, TN. She was predeceased by her parents Robert and Willie Hindman and in-laws Julian and Margaret Aymett.
Paula graduated from Central High School and University of Memphis with a degree in Marketing. She worked as a real estate agent with Crye-Leike and later held positions at FedEx, and Memphis Police Department.
Paula was a member of Les Passees of Memphis and participated in the Episcopal church - last attending Church of the Holy Apostles, Collierville, TN and enjoyed online services of Saint Stephen’s Episcopal Church of Birmingham, AL.
To know Paula was to love her. She was honest, caring, faithful, and a trustworthy friend to many. She was a great lover of dogs - most recently her beloved, rescue “Knight”. She tirelessly assisted in the campaign to find a stolen dog in Memphis - “Oakley”. That’s an example of who she was - a devoted, caring person and she will be truly missed.
Memorials may be sent in her memory to the charity of the donor’s choice.
A private graveside service will be held for family on Monday.
